We are co-discoverers with our clients as we identify continuities and discontinuities in organizational behavior, processes and procedures that promote as well as hinder executing the district’s strategic plan.
Simply put: We improve students’ outcomes by making a district’s financial and operational capital work smarter.

 What We Do Extremely Well:

•  Forensic analysis of budget planning, funding approaches and resource allocation    

• Sustainability of the strategic plan, including metrics that are actionable and measurable

• Community engagement to help develop the financial characteristics of a strategic plan

•  Review of a district’s best practices related to budget, accounting, grants and federal programs, and unassigned reserves

• Onsite workshops for Boards of Education related to governance, financial oversight and long-term financial planning.
